With heavy hearts and the greatest of sadness, we announce the passing of Mr. Kylan Mulligan, a 17-year-old from Basingstoke, who tragically died at the scene of a motorcycle accident on Saturday, November 14, 2025. Kylan’s Sinnis Apache motorcycle collided with a Vauxhall Insignia at approximately 16:15 GMT on Winchester Road, near the junction of Pittard Road. Despite the swift response of emergency services, Kylan’s injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The news of Kylan’s death has left his family “devastated,” as they struggle to come to terms with the void left by his absence. In their grief, they have expressed heartfelt gratitude to the emergency services and members of the public who assisted at the crash site, acknowledging the compassion shown during such a painful moment.Kylan was more than the circumstances of his passing.
